ARENA is an installation of 8 interactive robots created by Belgian choreographer Ugo Dehaes. The installation uses Artificial Intelligence to process the movements, and serves as inspiration for the performance Simple Machines.

Ugo invites you to teach his robots to dance. You do this by literally holding them and demonstrating movements, or by judging the movements of others.
