Vervool is an "immersive blend of fulfillment and feeling" by vocalist Vivienne Aerts and pastry chef Ted Steinebach. The Dutch live in New York, and travel the world with their 'Vervool' show, where they combine music, art and desserts in a multi -sensory experience. Vivienne Aerts lives in New York where she works as a producer, singer, conductor and composer with a focus on electronics and 'multi-sensory experience design'. Her latest album 'Typuhthâng' features 100 female musicians from all over the world and in collaboration with Original Beans Chocolate. She is also a professor at Berklee College of Music in Boston, where she plays an important role in preparing the next generation of artists who are not only skilled, but also mentally and physically healthy.
Ted Steinebach worked as a pastry chef in Amsterdam at The Harbor Club and in New York at Eleven Madison Park***. He also developed several desserts in a modern kitchen style. In the Netherlands he is also known for his exclusive brand of filled chocolates 'bonbons' under the name ChocoTed. Together with Vivienne, his most recent project is called 'Vervool': an interdisciplinary show with experimental music and edible abstract art. Ted is currently working on a cookbook about desserts and fire.
