MOCK WILD prototypes hybrid landscapes and cuisines that are more technology-driven AND more wild than the ones we inhabit today. Instead of trying to create one perfect approach to agriculture, MOCK WILD grafts together complementary—but differently optimized—farming typologies through recipes, flavor, rhythm and ritual.
In this talk the artist group Genomic Gastronomy will share artistic projects and answer questions about three years of projects that combines food forests, artificial intelligence and culinary research.
